Cheap Buy, Bad performance
We bought 3 Lenovo's because they were on sale. We deeply regret. It is s slow, that you will fall asleep. Crashes every now and then screen will just turned black and you will be annoyed waiting for it to recover which will never so you have to just turn
the power off again then turn it on again. We have to go it 3-4 times before it will return to normal function. It has also the worst keyboard, touch pad and battery life. I'm really so disappointed.Honestly total waste of my money. Don't buy, I will never trust Lenovo's product again.

Junk. Slow and underpowered
Slow processor and hard drive means this thing is useful for little more than browsing the web unless you want to pull your hair out. Even then, it can be a struggle on busy websites. Was at the cheaper end, but honestly I don't know why they even bother to build machines like this.
The worst computer experience ever
Bought last week new at Harvey Norman - should have known better. Do not go there!!
Computer installed win 8.1 without problem. I was offered right away to update to win10. I did - took 8 hours. On restart next day alarms went of - computer is infected - call 02 8417 2373. They could not remotely access the computer - bells were ringing, screen flashing - after one hour they gave up. I installed w 8.1 again and called right away the number above again. They remotely accessed the computer and showed me on the screen that all security features were disabled by default, McAfee was not suitable for win 8.1 and I was logged on to seven different servers. I was forced at installation to create a hotmail account which is used to log into the computer. I cannot use the computer without logging on. No instructions with the computer - you can only read them once it is all installed and too late.
I had to pay $US200 to get the computer secured - it took over 3 hours - I was watching the technician what he did.
Now I have a computer- stillon W8.1 that is twice as expensive as it should be from the SPECIALIST for evrything HARVEY NORMAN - I made report about that here too
